Laqlouq is a winter and summer resort, situated on a plateau at an altitude between 1750m and 2000m. Laqlouq is encircled by jagged ridges and terraces bearing thousands of trees.
Laqlouk is known for its numerous water reservoirs. In winter, when it is covered with snow, you get the impression of seeing ice ponds everywhere. It is a naturally beautiful view, and a must to see.
As usual, snowshoeing offers us the unique experience of calm and serenity. We will discover Laqlouk’s beauty while walking on snow.

Meeting Place: In the parking of Sagesse School in Jdeideh, facing the public garden.
Meeting Time: 7:30 a.m.
Cost
60,000 LL including transportation, guides, insurance, and snowshoe rental.
What to bring:
Wear a snowsuit or anything waterproof to prevent your clothes from getting wet. Wear waterproof boots (preferably after-ski boots), or bring thick nylon bags to cover your walking shoes. Don’t forget a wool hat and gloves, plus an extra pair of socks. Pack your backpack with water, sunscreen, sunglasses, snacks and lunch.
