The Photomed Lebanon festival in its second edition will be held from January 21 to February under the theme “Wandering about the origins of Mediterranéen world, the Pillars of Hercules to the gates of the East.”
This second edition of the festival will present the work of young Italian photographers, such as the Italian master Mimmo Jodice, not to mention the wealth of photographic heritage of the Oriental Library and unpublished photos from Lebanon’s Ministry of Tourism archive from 1960.
Additionally, photographs from all over the world, including Algeria, Spain, Morocco, France and Japan will also be on exhibit.
The exhibitions will be held at the following locations:
– Beirut Souks
– Saifi Village
– Headquarters of the Byblos Bank
– French Institute of Lebanon
– Le Gray Hotel
– Station Beirut
