Art Therapy For Children

This is a ten-session art therapy workshop for children between 8 and 12-years-old, offering a safe space and individual time for their self-expression and growth.

Through art making, play, movement and music, the children will have the chance to express their emotions, fears, and needs in ways that are not usually verbally expressed. They’ll be guided to explore creative ways to deal with their challenges and build social skills.

Confidentiality is highly respected.
