‘Vivement Dimanche’ Screening at ‘Vivement Truffaut’ Film Festival at Metropolis

The Metropolis Association and the French Institute of Lebanon present a Retrospective of French film director François Truffaut’s work titled, “Vivement Truffaut.”

All films are screened in their original version with English subtitles (Except Fahrenheit 451, with French subtitles and Deux de la vague, L’Amour en fuite and La Nuit américaine, with no subtitles.)

About the Movie
Claude Massoulier is murdered while hunting at the same place than Julien Vercel, an estate agent that knew him and whose fingerprints are found on Massoulier’s car. As the police discovers that Marie-Christine Vercel, Julien’s wife, was Massoulier’s mistress, Julien is very suspected. But his secretary, Barbara Becker, while not quite convinced he is innocent, defends him and leads her private investigations.
