“Marine Pollution” Panel Discussion

IndyAct is organizing a panel discussion to talk about marine pollution in Lebanon, the existing problems and their solutions.

Panelists are:
– Mr. Mohammad Sarji “President of the Lebanese Divers Syndicate”
– Dr. Maya Haj Hassan “Molecular Biologist at The Lebanese University”

With the support of the DROSOS Foundation and the Museum of Zurich, IndyACT implemented a project entitled “Out to Sea? The Plastic Garbage Project”, It aims at raising the concern and understanding on the waste problems, targeting mainly the school students and the Lebanese public through the organization of a cultural and innovative exhibition that traces the history and the story of plastics from their disposal to the corrective measures and practices that need to be advised for the beneficiaries, the visitors.
