Rock Climbing Courses

If you are looking for a bit more of a challenge, why not take up rock climbing this spring? Lebanon has a thriving rock climbing community and plenty of outdoor routes to try – provided you know what you are doing and have all your safety gear in tow.

If you have never tackled the rocks before, don’t worry, there are plenty of opportunities to learn. Sports 4 Life hosts a four-day rock climbing school this April for climbers of all levels to come and learn the ropes.

Run by an experienced team, the course is designed to increase in difficulty from one location to the next, starting in the mountains above Jounieh on April 3 and finishing up in Chatine Tannourine on April 6.

Fully supervised by professional climbing instructors, the course fees cover a full package including equipment and food – you’ll be spending the night at campsites or hostels for the duration of the trip.

All you need to participate is your own set of climbing shoes.
