Funky Fridays feat. Phuncky Doyen, Zulu Nation, Jackson

Born on the same year as the prestigious Zulu Nation founded by Afrika Bambaataa (1973), Phuncky Doyen is a Hip-Hop lover for over 25 years and truly a vinyl addict.

He has been hosting the radio show “Hip-Hop Syndrome” for more than ten years and has worked and toured with legends such as DJ Format, Ollie Teeba (The Herbaliser), Dee Nasty or DJ Shadow.

For the occasion Yukunkun will be hosting RBMA Radio broadcaster, filmmaker, and longtime vinyl selectah – Jackson Allers – freshly back from Jamaica and Tuff Gong studios with loads of old and new sounds.

Expect a full night of Hip-Hop, Funk and Breakbeats for a long journey into the heart of the Universal Zulu Nation spirit.
