What an exciting weekend ahead with a classic showdown between Spanish and Brazilian cuisines as Motto invite back Franco and Mary to cook a Spanish menu from their home town.

Motto would like to welcome their latest guest chef the lovely Carla Lacerda who will cook for us some of her Rio De Janeiro favorites.

Friday and Saturday:
– Gazpacho andaluz
(Summery cold tomato soup)
– Albóndigas con chapiñón al ajillo
(Meat balls with mushrooms)
Served with
Pantumaca
(Tomato garlic and olive oil on toast)
– Paella Valenciana de marisco
(Saffron rice sea food paella)
– Torrijas al vino
(Sweet cinnamon bread)

Sunday:
– Salada de couve com laranja
(Brazilian organic kale, orange and heart of palm salad)
– Farofa
Toasted cassava flour mixture
– Bacalhau a gomes de sa
(Threaded cod fish cooked with eggs potatoes, garlic and onions
– Feijoada
(Brazilian black bean stew with pork sausages and bacon, served with organic brown rice)
