About the movie
Aswaat is a “personal variation” film about the Lebanese alternative music scene.
Through interviews, live footage and musical walks around few streets of Beirut, Aswaat ends up as a personal and foreign point of view on the lebanese alternative music scene. the film focuses on small details of the city and meets some of the major contributing artists in the scene, encouraging intercultural dialogue by opening windows beyond prejudices.
