Segundo Bloco Live at Radio Beirut

Join Segundo Bloco for a fun night of Carnival music including samba, samba-reggae, afoxe and various afro-Brazilian rhythms. They also introduce to the stage an opening act featuring bright new talents, serenading you with funk, jazz, blues, and bossa nova.

Band bio:
The Bloco was established by Kevin Safadi (Samuray), Roberta Meireles (Chapinha), and Gabriel Meireles (Chapão), bringing the musical culture of Brazil to Lebanon. Each show is a burst of Brazilian energy, and you’ll be singing and dancing like your lives depend on it!

Segundo Bloco is a community band run by Passos Alegres, providing an opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to join – just ask any band member for details.
