For four consecutive Saturdays , Artscape will be holding a Cooking workshop by the lovely – half Liberian Nada el Sheikh. She is the author of the book, ” A Taste of West Africa” sold at Antoine bookstore.

Many African food ingredients are found in Lebanese supermarkets. Cassava, for example, is the major source of carbohydrates in the world. Nigeria is the world’s largest producer of cassava. It is rich in starch, calcium, iron, phosphorus and vitamin A and C, fat free and has zero cholesterol.
