Sofil’s Green Catering at Fair Trade Lebanon Lunch

For the third year in a row now, Sofil Catering has partnered with Fair Trade Lebanon for the upcoming World Fair Trade Day Lunch.

As part of their New Green Catering Line, they have developed a sustainable and clean eating menu, using locally sourced ingredients from Producers and Cooperatives belonging to the Fair Trade Lebanon Association.

Menu of the Day:

– Salads:
Made with fresh, healthy premium vegetables with minimally processed low fat dressing sauce, lentils and quinoa (high source of protein).

– Sandwiches:
Made with healthier options of traditional bread, oat infused and whole meal rather than processed while flour. Dressed with low in fat natural tapenade, premium chicken and white cheese

– ‘Make Your Own Kibbeh’ Live Station
Made with minimally processed ingredients, low in fat, salt and sugar.
The Kibbeh shells are hand made with bourghul, lentils or pumpkin to be filled with your choice of: hummus, eggplant mix, walnut and chili paste, labne and seasonal greeneries.

– Desserts
Made with multigrain flour, raw sugar, almond meal and hearty nuts.
Sticky date pudding and almond Alcazar tart with artisan apricot jam
