Art of Living Yoga Studio

Take your yoga practice to the next level. Improve endurance and strength, learn new Asanas and Pranayamas. Set your goals and work towards achieving them.

This course requires at least three months of regular yoga practice.

Yoga mats are provided.
– Please bring a water bottle.
– Please come 15 minutes early to register and set up
– It’s recommended to wear loose comfortable clothing for stretching.
