Whether you’re practicing yoga for the first time, or you are a daily practitioner, there are classes for everyone.

This is a complete yoga discipline, the wisdom and techniques of yoga are brought to you in a very joyful and thorough manner. A combination of gentle and vigorous series of asanas (postures) is taught for the well-being of the body, while an equal emphasis is placed on techniques for nurturing the mind and spirit.

Please note:
– Yoga mats are provided.
– Please bring a water bottle.
– It’s recommended to wear loose comfortable clothing for stretching.

Schedule:
Tuesdays: From 10:00 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. and from 5:30 p.m.t o 6:45 p.m.
Wednesdays: From 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.
Saturdays: From 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
