“Forest Frequencies” 2015 – Gathering of the Tribes

A Pow Wow has a meaning that runs deep into the roots of Native American cultural traditions and practices. It is a time when secular and sacred are intertwined; a time for spiritual enrichment and individual reflection; a time for tribes and clans from all corners to meet, dance, sing, heal and honor culture.

Forest Frequencies 2015, is inspired by those practices. We look upon each other as different tribal clans, coming from diverse musical backgrounds, uniting all music genres in one gathering, celebrating our diversity, and dancing as a form of personal expression, cultural identity, and physical enjoyment.

Another aspect of Native American spirituality is the belief that all elements of the world- the sky, the grass, the rocks, the animals, the wind, the sounds, the people – are relatives, and are to be recognized and treated with appropriate respect. Worshiping, singing, dancing and helping others are all means of spiritual participation by which the first nations unite with these elements and with each other… Let us honor these traditions, whatever is our musical clan affiliation, the presence of each one of us makes up the Pow Wow…

This year, Psyleb brings a new dimension to our annual gathering with the creation of a healing village. Come meet the healers of your community and receive massage, crystal healing, reiki, astrology reading and other holistic therapies. This festival will be your chance to find the members of your wellness tribe, the people that will support your transition into a lifestyle where body, mind and soul are tuned to a single frequency.

Yoga Temple
The Yoga temple will host a variety of yoga workshops to suit every level and needs. All classes are free to attend and set in a serene natural setting. Mats are provided.

Sunset Point
The sunset point is now a tradition of Forest Frequencies Festival. This year will put a spotlight on the sunset point, with a daily sunset ceremony and a natural art installation.

Psynema
Pass by the Chai Shop for a collection of psychedelic movies, documentaries and other visual experiments served with our special popcorn recipe. Flower Power Herbalism Chai Shop
The Chai Shop is back, with its usual perfect recipe of delicious sweets and teas, comfy sitting and enchanting nature & conversations. New this year: a whole range of vegan, sugar-free, dairy-free and gluten-free treats will be available to those who are looking for food for body, mind and soul.
