Hatha Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. Hatha yoga uses bodily postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The goal of Hatha Yoga is bringing a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility.
About the trainer
Diana Al-Hakim a devoted yoga instructor has been teaching and sharing yoga full-time for the past 4 years, throughout India and Lebanon. She holds a Yoga Diploma as Yoga Instructor from Yoga Alliance International.
