You will learn how to make:
– Moroccan salad eggplant/Grilled eggplant tomato and coriander parsley and cumin red pepper powder and harissa
– Moroccan lamb tagine with prune and almond cooked with spices/ ras al hanout, zaafaran and honey
– Moroccan triangle with honey stuffed with almond cinnamon and blossom water
