Contemporary Dance Workshop Conducted By Zei Khawli at Mishkal Festival 2015

Mishkal is an open platform for all artists to display and showcase their achievements, and your chance to experiment with new ideas.

Zei Khauli is a Lebanese/Canadian choreographer and actor/dancer residing in Beirut. She has performed in several theatrical and dance pieces both locally and internationally over the past 20 years. She choreographed several contemporary dance performances of her own, which were presented at the BIPOD Festival in Beirut along with other venues.

In this workshop, attendees will discover the basic techniques of movement and the focus will be on finding the fluidity in ones movement and joints to help gain and improve the quality of being smooth, continuous, and efficient in ones dance.
