Registration for Jezzine Canyoning with Lebanese Adventure

It is getting hot this summer. Lebanese Adventure invites you to immerse in the canyoning adventure.
The definition of the canyoning by the French Mountaineering Federation is the following:

“The Canyoning is a nature sport practiced in a specific environment.” It is down a thalweg (Valley) which may arise as torrents, streams, rivers, gorges (more or less narrow, deep); with or without a permanent presence of water and potentially cascades, bowls, bays and vertical parts. It requires a progression and crossings by: walking, swimming, jumping, tobogganing, de-escalation, abseiling, scrambling and other rope techniques. »

Duration: Around three hours
Meeting Location: At the parking next to the Emergency Entrance of the Sacré Cœur hospital Hazmieh.
Meeting Time: 8:00 a.m.
Return Time: Around 5:00 p.m.

What to bring
Tennis or hiking shoes (that may get wet), shorts, a t-shirt, sunscreen, drinking water, chocolate or energy bar, spare clothes, and a towel.
