What is The Creative Track Program?
FADE IN: Creative Track Program is the beginning of your creative lifestyle. It’s a track that will lead you to success in the world of writing with huge results for your creativity. When you begin the track with an intensive intro course, you will have the tools you need to move on to the next step on the track, where you will have the opportunity to focus on a feature-length script or a series of shorts or your novel, with targeted goals to help you finish. Eventually, students on the track can continue to train with screenwriter and founder, Nadia Tabbara, in elite master’s courses.

Screenwriting 1: is the first step in FADE IN:’s creative track program, the first step towards the creative lifestyle of a writer.

In this six week course, students are introduced to the art of screenwriting and effective storytelling for movies. By the end of the 6-weeks, they will be well-versed in how to generate ideas, fight the myth of writer’s block, format a script, create believable characters and write realistically witty dialogue.

The class with screenwriter Jad el Khoury, will be taught in English. Writing must be in English, however, Arabic will be spoken and dialogue of scripts can be in Arabic if screenplay is set in an Arab country.

After completing this course, students are eligible to move up on the creative track to SCREENWRITING II where they will continue their journey towards completing movie scripts and understanding the concepts behind writing for the screen.
