The Green Hub – A Positive Initiative by Azadea Foundation and Tamyras

The Green Hub is a an exclusive event cater – made for positive initiatives that encourage preserving the environment and enjoying the greenery. In collaboration with Positive Lebanon book creators, Tamyras, the event will include several educational and cultural activities for different age groups.

Activities:
– Story Telling: Children from 8 to 12 years can enjoy a traditional Hakawati story telling in the Garden by Assabil.
– Artworks with Recyclables Workshop: Why throw it if you can use it? Teach your children from 10 to 12 years how to reuse recyclable items artistically with Assabil.
– Puppet-Making Workshop: Children from 8 to 12 years are invited to make their own puppets and play with them, with Assabil.
– Dancing in Nature Workshop: Through this workshop, And So We Move will allow everyone interested in dance to tap into their natural movement and reconnect with their bodies.
– Creative Planting Workshop: Grab used materials from home and come learn how to turn them into artistic plant pots with Beirut Green Project.
– Biking Activity: Let your children from 9 to 14 come and discover a totally new style of biking with Green Wheels Lebanon.
– Illustrations Exhibition Discussion: Use for Fun is a design collective with a passion for culture. Discover their interpretation of what Beirut is, through 11 creative illustrations. Join the discussion to know all about them.
– Creative Writing Workshop: Unleash your creativity and discover the basics to creative writings with professional publishers from Tamyras. (14 to 20 years old)
– Outdoor Yoga: Come and enjoy an outdoor yoga class with Mayssam Ghanem from Beirut Yoga Center. Hatha is a flowing sequence of postures synchronized with the breath to improve your strength and flexibility. It’s an open class with different variations to suit beginners and intermediate levels.
– Mini Green Festival: Come and teach your children from 5 to 12 years to sort their waste with G Association while having fun.
