Maria Kassab

Maria Kassab is a Lebanese visual artist and visual communicator. She studied Graphic Design at the Lebanese American University with a minor in Fine Arts.

Maria spent teenage years in Montreal and came back to Beirut in 1996. She participated in several collective exhibitions in Beirut, had a solo show in May 2011 at the Joanna Seikaly Gallery, Beirut. She also participated in a collective show (Home-Land) in New York 2010 presented by 49 B Studios in association with BETA Spaces, Arts in Bushwick and Arte East. Her works have been published in several local and international online and print art magazines.

Maria is the owner and director of the SofyaSunshine Design Atelier, Gemmayze, Beirut.
