SAJ with Sitt Zeina at GardenState

This Apero Electro Sunday, Gardenstate go back to their roots and give it a twist with Saj from Sitt Zeina. You are all familiar with mini-saj’s from zaatar to jibneh and everything in between, but this weekend some interesting variations that move away from the traditional will be on display.

Imagine a nice and friendly Saj lady with people standing around her, Lavender Lemonade cocktails in hand, as they place their orders and have a friendly chat. ‘MAFT’ will be spinning some of his best music as well.

Traditional meets modern this week, the originals get an unusual yet delicious touch, but then again, isn’t this what Lebanon is all about?
