Giselle is a filmmaker, traveler, and food enthusiast. As a foodie in the USA, she brings the flavors, smells, and traditions of faraway cultures to food enthusiasts all over the country.

Her travels have taught her to cook the foods of the world. Now, as a visitor to Beirut, she is bringing her speciality Peruvian food to Beirut. Nurse a hangover – or replenish after your morning run – with this balanced, fresh brunch menu, crowned with a sea bass ceviche. (Full menu below.)

– Ensalada de Quinoa, Tomate, Choclo
Quinoa, Tomato and Corn salad
– Causa con Remolacha
Three layers of goodness: Mashed potato w/ cilantro, avocado & steamed beet
– Ceviche con Batata
Peruvian-style ceviche, with fresh sea bass served with steamed sweet potato and red onion
