The Cheesecake Factory Has Opened In Beirut

Guess which restaurant has finally come to Beirut?
The Cheesecake Factory.

Yes, foodies everywhere can rejoice because The Cheesecake Factory has finally opened in Verdun.

Although the name may deceive people into thinking that The Cheesecake Factory serves only cheesecake, that couldn’t be further from the truth. They serve a very wide variety of foods, so wide that the menu has advertisements throughout it. Seriously, they serve over 250 dishes that are prepared from scratch.

The Cheesecake Factory is known for its very large portions and deliciously heavy dishes; and while it is home to one of the most fattening dishes in America, the Bistro Shrimp Pasta, which contains a whopping of 3,120 calories, it’s also hands-down the most delicious. On the other hand the restaurant also has a low calorie menu which surprisingly has options that are almost as delicious as the regular menu, and that’s saying a lot.

Aside from it’s menu, The Cheesecake Factory has a very distinct interior design and vibe that is consistent across all 185 of their locations.

Franchises from all over the world have been opening in Beirut as it is one of the most liberal Middle Eastern countries with a diverse population that understands foreign brands. However, many American Franchises have closed down after less than a year in Lebanon, let’s see if the unique Lebanese market warms up to The Cheesecake Factory like many others have!

I personally recommend ordering Avocado egg-rolls and the Cajun Jambalaya Pasta, and of course you can’t not try the classic original cheesecake!

We will have a full review up on the site soon. In the meantime, try it out and let us know what you think!
