Starting with a love for food and a passion for grilling, Fadi El Hout began building his own smokers and experimenting with various smoking and grilling techniques from around the world. Following popular requests from his friends who call him “The Whale”, Fadi started catering professionally.
Through Bey B Q Fadi has catered many residential and corporate events, weddings, food festivals, music festivals and manufactures customized grills and smokers, handcrafted food products such as gourmet sausages and speciality barbecue sauce.
