In February, Kitchenlab are celebrating Valentine’s day.
Their chefs have prepared special menus for you.

This course will be given by
Kay Yong

You will learn how to make:
– Crispy salmon salad/Salmon with crunchy flour
– Avocado hosomaki/Rice and avocado rolled in seaweed
– Crispy crab roll/Crab, cucumbers, rolled inside-out, crunchy flour outside, topped with tobiko
– Gunkan boat/Wrapped salmon with tobiko
– Temaki california/Avocado, crab sticks, cucumber and tobiko
