You will learn how to make:
– Feuilletée de champignons aux éclats de foie de poulet/Mushrooms puff with chicken liver fragments
– Filet de bœuf « fou de champignons » saisi en croute/Beef fillet “crazy mushrooms” seized in crust
– Fagots de haricots verts/Green beans bundles
– Poires belle-Hélène revisitée/Poires belle-Hélène revisited
