Join Makan for a luxurious, rich brunch of scrambled egg with pork cheek, canellini bean stew, rocket and parmigiano salad and ‘day after’ soup – guaranteed to dispel any Saturday morning cobwebs (and fire you up for a Sunday of skiing!)

Arugula salad with extra old Parmigiano Reggiano (36 months), almonds and balsamico dressing

Northern Italian onion soup with cumin seeds, red wine, croutons with orange zest and speck ham (smoked prosciutto from Northern Italy)

Tuscany style cannellini beans stew of tomatoes and sausages served with whole wheat crostini greens and special pork sausages
