When chanting, the practitioner experiences a clearing of consciousness, peace of mind, and relief from unwanted drives and habits.
This session will be facilitated by a group of Bhakti yogis. It’ll consist of:
– Brief introduction on mantra mediation and kirtan
– Meditative (soft) kirtan
– Discussion- short reading from Bhagavad-Gita and talk on the topic of determination.
