Join Motto and guest chef Nabila on the culinary trip from Haifa to Beirut – a nostalgic brunch of Levantine street foods. It’s vegan btw.

Em Hisham will guide you through the trip down memory lane with authentic Levantine flavors of these classical recipes.

Menu:
– Fattouch
Classical purslane, greens and mixed vegetables salad with sumac crispy bread
– Fool w hummus mdammas
Slightly Mashed fava beans and chickpeas with garlic, parsley and olive oil
– Hummus mtabbal
Em Hisham’s excellent hummus with tahini
– Hindbeh
Chicory topped with caramelised onions and lemon
– Manakish bi harr
Mini baked pies with onion and pepper filling
– Swiss chard stalks
Mixed with lemon tahini dressing
– All served with mixed vegetable platter and bread
– Dessert: meghlé or amariddine… and possibly a surprise vegan take on knefe.
