Guest chef Jane Kim takes over the “Sprouts at Mótto” kitchen this weekend, with a very special Saturday and Sunday brunch. All the authentic Korean ingredients have been imported just for this event: sweet potato noodles, dwenjang, vegetable pancakes (with rice or wheat flour), kimchi fried rice.

– Sweet potato noodles with bell pepper and spinach in Korean sauce
