Blending yoga and flowing movements with oriental music, Yoga Belly Dance is a method for the ones who are looking for a fun, new way to become energized, fit and healthy.

Using years of experience in the Oriental Dance and Yoga, Nikita offers special dance exercises that will fit to either those who learn belly dance moment or those who never learned a single dance step, but are willing to develop flexibility, to get a beautiful posture and get a full-body workout.

Few benefits of the Yoga Belly Dance:
– Learning the right breathing method, decreasing amount of fat of the body, activating a blood as well as energy circulation to gain vitality;
– Strengthening different groups of muscles in waist, hips, belly and arms.
– Stretching to relieve aches and tension of the muscles.

The movements of Oriental Dance (Belly Dance) were practiced about 3000 years ago as rituals to strengthen the muscles used during the childbirth process. These movements were later practiced in the Middle East through centuries as a dance at family gathering. That is how Nikita developed her passion for oriental dance. Her fascination with belly dance led her to dance with Kaouthar Darmoni, with whom she completed her Dance and Teacher Training. After having done intensively yoga (Kundalini yoga) and learnt more about the mechanisms of yoga, movement and dancing, she decided to come up with Yoga Belly Dance, blending Yoga and Oriental Dance moments to activate chakras to facilitate the cleaning, balancing, and maximizing of the functioning of body, mind and soul.
