Monday Blues Band at The Back Door

The Back Door proudly presents a unique and pioneer Lebanes Blues band ” Monday Blues Band” in a special concert.

The Band started performing at Pierre Issa’s parents house in Brazilia in 1993. The members were Kamal Badaro, Pierre Issa, Issa Goraieb, Fouad Goraieb, Fady Bustros, Pierre Doumet and Sabah Al Sabbah.

The MBB plays standard Blues songs written by BB King, Elmore James, Albert King, Eric Clapton and many others as well as its own compositions.
Through the years, some members have left the band and new ones have joined but the blues spirit and feeling still remains.
The MBB had the honor to play with International Blues musicians mainly with Otis Grant who became a close friend as well as Lucky Peterson, Larry Coryel, Deborah Coleman, Stanley Jordan and others.
