Octopus, tomatoes, cilantro and a lemon-tequila sauce.(served chilled)
– 1000 feuille au saumon:
Puff pastry with cream cheese spread and smoked salmon garnished with lemon zest.
– Crab balls fritters:
Fresh crab meat mixed with potatoes ,onions and parsley ,formed into a ball and lightly fried.garnished with mayo.
Set 02:
– Balamida ceviche:
Raw balamida, onions ,olive oil, and the secret batrouni balamida spices.(served chilled)
– Sea food pasta:
Mussels, anchovies, red yellow and orange capsicum, mixed with our award winning home made tagliatelle and olive oil ,garnished with lemon zest.
– Salmon lasagna:
Smoked salmon chunks and our home made lasagna cooked with a creamy sauce topped with Parmesan cheese.
