‘Pasta and Risotto’ Cooking Class at KitchenLab

This month, Kitchenlab are very excited to introduce to you two new international chefs. One is joining them from the French Riviera for three classes of French Cuisine. The second is an international chef, who is coming from Japan.

– Homemade pasta: ravioli, tortellini, fornarina, tagliatelle
– Risotto techniques : mushroom risotto
