A three and a half hours course divided in two major parts: The first two hours include an introduction and energizing exercises (stretching, simple yoga and breathing). The second part is focused on the meditation itself. The technique is simple and thus very beneficial for providing practical help for those engaged in normal daily activities: work, family, etc. So, don’t hesitate to invite your friends that you think would benefit from it.

The course and the way it is taught fit well people with no introduction to yoga and meditation.

Free Entrance

Remember to wear sports clothes for basic yoga exercises.
