May schedule is all about spring products, healthy cooking, cooking techniques and travelling the world with spices.

This course will be given by
Lana El Sahely

You will learn how to make:
– Spinach beetroot salad with feta, pomegranate, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and a honey balsamic vinaigrette dressing
– Curry shrimp with coconut milk and vegetables such as sweet potatoes, carrots and zucchini
– Lana’s secret chocolate mousse
