Poetree, a Workshop for Children

As part of its Educational activities around Esma’/Listen, Beirut Art Center hosts “Poetree”, a series of poetry workshops for children lead by Saeed El-Hassan.This first edition invites you to discover poetry as a fun and playful activity where you will be able to focus on the sound and rhythm of words, like a melody. Any language can be used, and who knows, you might end up creating your own! After all, your mom might have told you not to play with your food, but she never said anything about playing with words.

This workshop is aimed at children between the ages of 8 and 11.
