Summer is almost here and you will get a feel of it with kitchenlab’s June schedule. They are focusing this month on cooking techniques.

This course will be given by
Garo Feslian

You will learn how to make:
The 3 basic Italian sauces

– Green
Pesto/Sauce made with fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic and parmesan

– White
Carbonara/Based on eggs and cheese

– Red
Tomato
Puttanesca/Combination of anchovies, olives and capers
Norma/Tomato sauce with eggplant
Arrabiata/Spicy tomato sauce
