Indian Delights: Live Tandoori Dinner by Sirena

Join Motto for a four-course authentic Indian menu, cooked live by Sirenabeirut. This week’s menu features home-made, spice marinated paneer (cottage cheese) tikka, chicken korma, spicy samosas and much more.

Their authentic Indian tandoori dishes will be cooked live before your eyes, in Lebanon’s only genuine charcoal tandoor.

Thin pastries stuffed with curried potatoes and green peas

Cottage cheese marinated in yoghurt and spices and cooked in the tandoor

Plain, Garlic and Butter Naans cooked live in the charcoal tandoor

Mild creamy curry

Potatoes cooked with a blend of cumin and special Sirena spices

Classic black lentils cooked overnight with tomatoes, cream and butter
– Pillau rice
