‘6 Cup Chai’ Screening

Laila Khan is a British Film Director and Producer based in London. She shot “6 Cup Chai” in India, a film on child labor and education, which was screened at the Festival de Cannes in 2014.

“6 Cup Chai” won a Venus de Badalona Award for Best Values at FILMETS Badalona Film Festival in Spain.

It was also screened at the Hussein Cultural Centre hosted by the Greater Amman Municipality in Jordan and the Mayor of the city inaugurated the event, also it was screened at the Syrian Refugee camp, Zaatari at the IMC Adolescent centers and for Child Cancer patients at King Hussein Cancer Centre in Amman.

“6 Cup Chai” had an on-board exhibition on British Airways, Lufthansa and Royal Jordanian Airlines. It also played at Stuttgart Indian Film Festival, Third Eye Asian Film Festival in Mumbai, Jaipur Int Film Festival, London Short Film Festival and had a Swiss premiere at the Fribourg International Film Festival.
