Celebrate Makan’s birthday weekend with five Sri Lankan brunch courses, featuring both egg hoppers and string hoppers.

Egg hoppers are freshly made fried eggs, embedded in a coconut pancake and served with chilli paste. String hoppers are noodle nests pressed by hand from rice flour. Both are extraordinary and delicious.

Then enjoy a seasonal salad, barbecue chicken, noodles and a light tomato and onion curry… plus a special banana yoghurt dessert.
