Indian Dinner by Sirena at Motto

Sirena is showing Beirut what Indian cuisine is all about. New menu serving this week at Mótto.
Special kebabs in Lebanon’s only charcoal tandoor and Indian curries are serving all week – as the Sirenabeirut team outdoes itself again.

Menu:
– Hara Bara Kebab
Pureed spinach and chickpea cutlets stuffed with dried fruits and nuts
– Mint chutney + kachumber
– Selection of naan breads
Plain, Garlic and Butter naan cooked live in the charcoal tandoor

Classic black lentils cooked overnight with tomatoes, cream and butter
– Paneer tikka
Home-made cheese marinated in yoghurt and spices and cooked in the tandoor
– Karai chicken
Spicy boneless chicken in a special Sirena sauce
– Apple Raita
Yoghurt with apple
– Phirni
Rice and milk pudding
– Masala tea
