Chef Hadi presents a Korean dinner at Makan – featuring Hadi’s own unique take on beef bibimbap with lotus root, and matcha fried cake with vanilla ice cream.

Featuring flavors of Korea with Hadi’s unique twist, this menu will fill you with fresh, Asian flavours, culminating in a beef (or vegetarian) bibimbap, served with kimchi and deep fried lotus roots.

With signature Fusion Cult. zaatar and shanklish
– Grilled cauliflower steaks
In a spiced tamarind yoghurt sauce
– Korean slaw
Pear, raisins, and baby spinach dressed with a sweet and sour sesame dressing
– Beef and vegetable bibimbap
Rice bowl with a sweet and spicy miso sauce and deep fried lotus roots – served with kimchi
