In August you will be learning how to prepare food for aperitivo as well as picnics. You will be cooking Italian with peaches, apricots, cherries…
Healthy and gluten free classes will also be available for you to enjoy.

This course will be given by:
Garo Feslian

You will learn:
– Spanakopita/Dough filled with spinach and feta
– Dakos/Dried bread topped with chopped tomatoescrumbled feta flavored with herbs
– Moussaka/Fried aubergine, potatoes and spicedminced meat
– Revani/Soft sweet cake made of semolina andsoaked in syrups
