Aleppo-Armenian cuisine: Qortoba at Makan

The famous Qortoba comes to Makan for a very special Aleppo-Armenian dinner.

Makan welcomes the team from Qortoba Baabdet, deriving its lineage from the famous Aleppo Armenian cuisine. This week they present Aleppan Ma’ajouka, delicious juicy kafta pockets stuffed with halloumi cheese, pistachio, and tomato.
