In August you will be learning how to prepare food for aperitivo as well as picnics. You will be cooking Italian with peaches, apricots, cherries…
Healthy and gluten free classes will also be available for you to enjoy.

This course will be given by:
Garo Feslian

You will learn:
3 basic Italian sauces
Red:
– Tomato
– Puttanesca/Combination of anchovies, olives and capers
– Norma/Tomato sauce with eggplant
– Arrabiata/Spicy tomato sauce
White:
– Carbonara/Based on eggs and cheese
Green:
– Pesto/Sauce made with fresh basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic and parmesan
