Chef Nimal’s coconut & egg hoppers are back for brunch this Saturday at Makan.

Does Chef Nimal ever take a day off? Lucky for Makan diners, it appears not. This Saturday he is at it again with his signature egg hoppers: crisp, savory coconut pancakes with deliciously oozy egg yolk at the center. Served with bright, spicy side curries and lots of coffee, this meal is becoming Beirut’s favorite eye-opener since its Makan debut this summer.
