Makan’s comprehensive Vietnamese menu features unexpected dishes from all over the country. Canh chua, a sweet & sour soup from the southern Mekong Delta region traditionally made with pineapple, tamarind, and fish will whet your appetite for the flavors to come. Bánh cuốn, a dish from the mountains of north Vietnam, features ground pork, vegetables, and aromatics folded into translucent rice dumplings. It’s a tour of Vietnam without leaving the table.
